AOnce an order is shipped, in transit times vary depending on delivery type chosen at checkout and the location of where the game(s) are being delivered. Curbside deliveries typically take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Inside deliveries typically take 2-3 weeks, but occasionally remote locations can be longer. Tracking details are sent to customers when games are shipped. We also offer an express delivery schedule which is relatively fast and a bit pricey.

Lead times vary from a few days up to 8-10 weeks, just depending on the item. However, most items arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Feel free to give us a call to find out the lead time on a specific item. We also try to keep our game specific pages updated with lead times as best as possible.

Yes. Occasionally high demand new in box games are not in stock for quite some time. Games available for pre-order are clearly stated on the game specific page. Typically, we take a $500 or $1,000 refundable deposit for pre-orders. Once the game is in stock and ready to ship, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding pre-orders.
